Registration fees for the Global UBE Conference 2025 are non-refundable by default.

However, in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or travel restrictions), participants may request a refund by contacting the organizing team directly.

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed based on written communication with the organizers, and any approved refund will be made at the discretion of the organizing committee.

The organizers reserve the right to deduct administrative or transaction charges from the refund amount, if applicable.
